What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return any makeup or skincare products and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. Any shipping costs, redeemed Alle rewards, or Lasting Beauty Rewards are unable to be refunded. After 30 days, returns of makeup and skincare products are unable to be accepted.

Any pre-purchased procedures are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Any pre-purchased procedures/treatments must be used one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. If not used, they will be forfeited.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours’ notice = no charge.

Cancelling within 24 hours = full charge.

 

If illness or weather comes up, reschedule within 2 weeks and we’ll apply your late charge to the new appointment.

I’m a Medical Weight Loss Patient, how do I refill my medications?

Medications are to be refilled during your monthly recheck appointments. Many of the medications that are prescribed are controlled substances and cannot be filled in advance. Patients are allowed a once per calendar year emergency refill, at the provider’s discretion. The emergency refill request form can be found here PATIENT FORMS
