What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return any makeup or skincare products and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. Any shipping costs, redeemed Alle rewards, or Lasting Beauty Rewards are unable to be refunded. After 30 days, returns of makeup and skincare products are unable to be accepted.

Any pre-purchased procedures are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Any pre-purchased procedures/treatments must be used one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. If not used, they will be forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your appointment with a 12-hour notice with no charge. Any cancellations made within the 12 hours will be charged in full unless approved by an office manager. Thank you for respecting our Providers' time that they have set aside specifically for you and for your understanding.

I'm a Medical Weight Loss Patient, how do I refill my medications?

Medications are to be refilled during your monthly recheck appointments. Many of the medications that are prescribed are controlled substances and cannot be filled in advance. Patients are allowed a once per calendar year emergency refill, at the provider’s discretion. The emergency refill request form can be found here PATIENT FORMS
